However, due to high demand, it may take up to 1-3 weeks after the release date for us to receive the shipment, so please order knowing/ understanding this timeline before ordering. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.
Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

❓ Why Does Pre-Order Fulfillment Take Time?
Pre-orders are fulfilled differently from in-stock items. Once the albums arrive at our warehouse, several important steps must be completed to ensure accuracy and quality:

Bulk shipments arrive all at once from the manufacturer, often in very large quantities.

Every album must be inspected to check for damage, missing items, or manufacturer defects before shipping to customers.

Orders are packed individually by hand, including any pre-order benefits, to ensure nothing is missing.

Fulfillment is done strictly by order number, so earlier pre-orders are processed first.

During major releases, thousands of orders are processed at the same time, which can extend processing time even with our full team working.
We work as quickly and carefully as possible, but accuracy and quality checks are necessary to prevent errors and ensure your order arrives safely and complete.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.
- Regarding all of the LIGHTSTICK outbox cases (PLEASE READ):
"OUTBOX CASE" is only for protecting the contents inside. With that stated, refunds or exchanges are impossible due to the outbox case being damaged (cracked, torn, bent, etc.) during the in-transit of delivery.
Please refer to the above when you order light sticks. As we have already been informed, we aren't responsible for the above reasons.

PLEASE TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO in case you need to report missing/damaged items.
- *We will only process damage/refund inquiries sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- *The unboxing video MUST be included to file a claim; failure to include the unboxing video will automatically result in the rejection of your claim.
- Release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown.
- The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc. on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
*** Outbox/case/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Minor scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutouts, etc., on the outer box/case/cover, may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Once your order is ready for in-store pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- BELLAIRE : Monday - Thursday (11 PM - 7 PM), Friday - Sunday (11 AM - 8 PM)
- KATY: Sunday - Friday (11 PM - 8 PM), Saturday (11 AM - 9 PM)
Processing time:
Once in-store pickup order has been submitted, please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and ready to be picked up at our physical store on the dates / hours above.
Once it is ready to be picked up, you will receive a SECOND notification via email. When picking up, please provide a valid photo ID or verify order details such as order number, name on order, or billing address.
We highly recommend customers to pick up within 1-2 weeks of their order being ready for in-store pickup.
