🎥 UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED

An unboxing video is required for claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise or inclusions.

Please record one clear, continuous video starting before you open the shipping package and continuing through the complete unboxing, clearly showing the package, contents, and reported issue.

⏱ SUBMIT WITHIN 7 DAYS

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Please retain all original packaging, shipping labels, and contents until your claim has been reviewed.

📋 CLAIM REVIEW

Claims without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for approval.

Providing an unboxing video does not automatically guarantee a replacement, exchange, or other resolution.

Significant damage, missing contents, or incorrect items will be reviewed according to EVE PINK's applicable policies.

📦 PRODUCT & PACKAGING CONDITION

Minor dents, corner wear, scratches, surface marks, creases, slight bends, printing imperfections, discoloration, or similar cosmetic imperfections may occur during manufacturing, packaging, transportation, or handling.

Printed materials and collectible inclusions may also have minor manufacturing imperfections.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the contents, functionality, or overall condition of the product are generally not considered defects eligible for exchange or replacement.
