ORDER PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days on a first-come, first-served basis.

Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, sales, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

COMBINED ORDERS

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment or pickup.

Requests to ship available items separately must be made before the order is processed and may require an additional shipping fee.

AUTOGRAPHED ALBUM SHIPPING

All autographed albums shipped by mail must be sent via USPS Priority Mail. This requirement does not apply to in-store pickup orders.

We strongly recommend adding Signature Confirmation at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. EVE PINK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
