ORDER PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days, in the order they are received.

Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during high-volume releases, promotional events, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances. We will always do our best to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to request a change to your shipping address, item, quantity, or other order information, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that submitting a change request within 24 hours does not guarantee that the change can be made. Once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun, we may no longer be able to modify your order.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours after the shipping label is created to begin showing carrier updates. Please note that the creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.

EVE PINK currently ships U.S. orders using USPS and UPS, including orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of EVE PINK's control.

ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available and ready for fulfillment.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

UNFOLDED POSTERS

Unfolded posters may be shipped separately in a protective poster tube.

Because the poster and the remaining items in your order may ship separately, packages from the same order may arrive on different dates. Please refer to the tracking information provided for each shipment.
