Hi EVIES!

First off, thank you so much for your overwhelming support with the STRAY KIDS MINI ALBUM - ATE. We wanted to provide you with an update on the status of your pre-orders.

There has been a delay in the shipment of the JYP SHOP albums from Korea. We will begin fulfilling pre-orders as soon as the shipments arrive at our warehouse. We are expecting to receive the albums by the end of next week, but please keep in mind that this is an estimated time frame and can change; there may be a chance that we receive the shipment earlier or later than expected.

We are currently unable to provide an estimated time frame for the SOUNDWAVE shipment due to there being a production issue with the pre-order benefits. We will update everyone once we receive any updates from Soundwave.

Our Eve Pink team is committed to processing and fulfilling your pre-orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that it may take up to a few weeks to fulfill all pre-orders due to heavy volume of pre-orders. Each order from Eve Pink is carefully hand-packed by our dedicated team members.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand how eager you are to receive your pre-order. We share your excitement and are working diligently to get your pre-order to you as quickly as possible.
