🔁 Zoom Party – Mini Fan Meeting Format

Join fellow TURNINGs for a special live Zoom interaction with 8TURN as they talk about their U.S. Tour, answer questions, and connect with fans in real time.

🎟 ENTRY INFORMATION

• Admission is FREE.
• A valid event ticket is required for entry.
• One ticket per person. Tickets may not be duplicated, transferred, resold, or exchanged without organizer approval.
• This event is strictly 18 years of age or older.
• Government-issued photo identification may be required at check-in.
• Capacity is limited. Entry is not guaranteed once venue capacity has been reached.
• Seating and standing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No overnight camping, line formation, or loitering outside the venue before event check-in begins. Attendees who fail to comply may be denied entry.

🎤 FAN PARTICIPATION

• Questions and participation opportunities during the Zoom Party may be selected by event staff.
• Attendance does not guarantee a direct interaction, question, response, screenshot opportunity, or acknowledgment from 8TURN.
• Event programming and participation opportunities are subject to time limitations and the organizer's discretion.

📸 PHOTO, VIDEO & RECORDING POLICY

• Attendees may take photos and short videos for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise announced during the event.
• Professional recording equipment is prohibited without prior written approval.
• Recording, screen recording, live streaming, rebroadcasting, redistribution, or commercial use of the Zoom Party or any portion of the event is strictly prohibited.
• Event organizers reserve the right to require attendees to stop recording at any time.
• By attending, attendees acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken by event organizers and partners and may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, or future event purposes without compensation.

💧 FOOD & BEVERAGES

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• Sealed bottled water is permitted.
• No alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, open containers, or outside meals are allowed.
• Event staff reserve the right to inspect and refuse prohibited items at entry.
• Attendees may be required to dispose of prohibited food or beverages before entering the event space.

👜 PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
• The organizers, venue, staff, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT

The following are prohibited:

• Weapons of any kind.
• Illegal substances.
• Hazardous materials.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
• Excessive intoxication or behavior that creates an unsafe environment.
• Any activity that interferes with event operations or the enjoyment of other attendees.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund or future event privileges if they violate these rules or engage in behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful.

⚠️ EVENT CHANGES

• Event schedules, guests, activities, merchandise availability, and programming are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of technical difficulties, internet disruptions, artist schedule changes, force majeure events, venue issues, or circumstances beyond the organizers' control, portions of the event may be modified, postponed, shortened, or canceled.

By attending this event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release and hold harmless Eve Pink, event organizers, venue owners, staff, contractors, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from attendance or participation in the event.
