The expected release date is 03.20.26, and it usually takes 3-5 business days, or in some instances, up to a week, for us to receive the shipment AFTER IT RELEASES IN KOREA. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-served basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

📦 PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMELINE & GUIDELINES

ATTENTION: Due to the high volume of pre-orders, we have established the following fulfillment guidelines. Please review this timeline carefully before placing your order to avoid any confusion or concern regarding processing times.

Pre-orders opened: January 15, 2026
Release date: March 20, 2026

(1) Shipment Arrival
The expected release date is March 20, 2026. Please note that it typically takes 3–5 business days, and in some cases up to one week, for us to receive the shipment after the album is officially released in Korea. However, please note that production of the EXCLUSIVE PHOTOCARD/GIFT may be delayed, so shipment may take an additional 1-2 weeks after release from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe; we may receive it earlier or later. In some cases, the Exclusive Photocard arrived after the album.

(2) Quality Inspection
Once the shipment arrives, our team will carefully inspect all albums to ensure quality and accuracy before fulfillment begins.

(3) Order-Based Fulfillment
Fulfillment will begin in order of purchase, starting with the earliest pre-orders received. Orders are processed strictly by order number.

(4) Orders Placed Close to Release Date
If you placed your pre-order closer to the release date (around March 20, 2026), please expect additional processing time due to the high volume of pre-orders ahead of yours in the queue.

Please note that all orders are fulfilled strictly by order number, starting from the date pre-orders opened on January 15, 2026. Orders placed later will be processed later because they are positioned at the back of the fulfillment queue.

(5) Fulfillment Timeframe
After we receive and inspect all albums, we estimate that fulfillment will take 1–2 weeks (business days only). Our goal is to complete all orders within 7–9 business days from the date we receive the full shipment. However, depending on total order volume, processing may take longer without additional notice.

❓ Why Does Pre-Order Fulfillment Take Time?

Pre-orders are fulfilled differently from in-stock items. Once the albums arrive at our warehouse, several important steps must be completed to ensure accuracy and quality:

• Bulk shipments arrive all at once from the manufacturer, often in very large quantities.

• Every album must be inspected to check for damage, missing items, or manufacturer defects before shipping to customers.

• Orders are packed individually by hand, including any pre-order benefits, to ensure nothing is missing.

• Fulfillment is done strictly by order number, so earlier pre-orders are processed first.

• During major releases, thousands of orders are processed at the same time, which can extend processing time even with our full team working.

We work as quickly and carefully as possible, but accuracy and quality checks are necessary to prevent errors and ensure your order arrives safely and complete.

• PLEASE TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO in case you need to report missing/damaged items. 
  • *We will only process damage/refund inquiries sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
  • *The unboxing video MUST be required to file a claim; failure to include the unboxing video will automatically subject your claim to rejection.

• The release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Damage (crushing/tearing/puncturing), spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions on any products and printed material (including photocards) cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Due to the thin paper material of some products, corners may naturally curl, bend, fold, or slightly tear during packaging/delivery; therefore, it cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
