The expected release date is 12.22.21 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.
However, the processing/manufacture time of EVE PINK EXCLUSIVE PHOTOCARD could delay so it may take up to 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment once it releases from Korea.
Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube and it may not be delivered at the same time as your album. If you receive one item but not the other, please allow for 3-5 business days for all items to arrive. If you do not receive it by then, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*If an album has an assigned version poster, then that version poster will be sent out along with the same version album. However, if that version poster is unavailable, then a RANDOM version will be sent out and it could be duplicated in certain cases depending on the availability.
*** Outbox/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
