The expected release date is 06.27.22 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

Please keep in mind that, the production time of HOLOGRAM PHOTOCARD could delay so it may take up to 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment once it releases from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later but on certain occasions, we had times where the Exclusive Photocard arrived later than the album.

*If an album has an assigned version poster, then that version poster will be sent out along with the same version album. However, if that version poster is unavailable, then a RANDOM version will be sent out.

If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube and it may not be delivered at the same time as your album. If you receive one item but not the other, please allow for 3-5 business days for all items to arrive. If you do not receive it by then, please email us at customerservice.evepink@gmail.com.
