STRAY KIDS (스트레이키즈) ALBUM - [樂-STAR] (LIMITED STAR VER. + EXCLUSIVE PHOTOCARD)

The expected release date is 11.10.23, and it usually takes us 3-5 business days, or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which has been started since October 5th, 2023 for pre-order, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment from Korea between Nov 15th-17th, 2023. We explained that receiving Korea's albums would take 3-5 business days once released and shipped.

(2) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we have to go through an inspection of the albums.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders that have been submitted starting from Oct 5th, 2023.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near Nov 10th, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we expect to fulfill all orders within a week (counting only business days). We will fulfill all orders within 5-7 business days of processing time starting from the day of receiving all albums from Korea. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

Please keep in mind that the production time of the ADDITIONAL PHOTOCARD GIFT could be delayed, so it may take up to an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment after it is released from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later, but on certain occasions, we had times when the Exclusive Photocard arrived later than the album.

DISCLAIMER: Photocards may have possibilities of slight visible scratches, printing markings, lines, slight color discolorations, dents, smudging, etc. They were received from the supplier/manufacturer in this condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. All photocards are inspected before packaging for shipment. We understand the collective nature of these products and know how valuable they are to our customers. However, we need to make clear that small/minor defects may have occurred while manufacturers have printed or during transit, and Eve Pink cannot be responsible for individual personal preferences regarding the conditions of photo cards.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor, and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover protects the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc., on the cover, cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected because contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may not be applied smoothly due to the nature of the process.

*** Outbox/case/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Minor scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout, etc., on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
