ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–4 business days on a first-come, first-served basis.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, sales, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
COMBINED ORDERS
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available for shipment or pickup.
Requests to ship available items separately must be made before the order is processed and may require an additional shipping fee.
AUTOGRAPHED ALBUM SHIPPING
All autographed albums shipped by mail must be sent via USPS Priority Mail. This requirement does not apply to in-store pickup orders.
We strongly recommend adding Signature Confirmation at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure. EVE PINK is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Autographed albums are opened for signing and then returned to protective sleeves. Some original album inclusions may be missing or incomplete due to the signing process.

Signature placement, size, ink consistency, and appearance may vary. Minor smudging, ink transfer, fading, or overlapping signatures may occur during the signing process and are not considered defects.
The autograph and album you receive may differ slightly from the product images.
CLAIMS & UNBOXING VIDEO
Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before the shipping package is opened and showing the entire unpacking process.
Claims regarding missing items or significant damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video and clear photos of the issue and shipping packaging are required. Claims submitted without the required evidence cannot be approved.
Because autographed albums are limited, an identical replacement may not be available. Approved claims will be handled based on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
PRODUCT CONDITION
The outer box, case, sleeve, or cover is designed to protect the product inside. Minor dents, scratches, marks, discoloration, bends, folds, or other cosmetic imperfections may occur during signing, manufacturing, packaging, or transit.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall use or appearance of the product are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email confirming that your order is available at your selected location.
