The expected release date is 01.04.22 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.
Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

- If you choose FOLDED then it will be shipped together with the album.
If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube and it may not be delivered at the same time as your album. If you receive one item but not the other, please allow for 3-5 business days for all items to arrive. If you do not receive it by then, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*If an album has an assigned version poster, then that version poster will be sent out along with the same version album. However, if that version poster is unavailable, then a RANDOM version will be sent out and it could be duplicated in certain cases depending on the availability.
*** Outbox/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
